Ingredients
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons lukewarm water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 cups self rising flour
How To Make never fail easy yeast rolls

Step 1Place 1 TBSP sugar, 2 TBSP water and package of yeast in a small bowl. Let this form a foam on top.

Step 2Add remaining ingrediants to a stand mixing bowl. Attach dough hook - add yeast and flour to bowl and mix.

Step 3You can immediately roll out and shape into pocketbook yeast rolls or let stand covered with cling film to rise for a couple of hours. Then knead out and make into rolls.
