Every time I made this, everyone just raves about how good it is. It is an easy and fast recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
How To Make little cheddar meat loaves

Step 1In a bowl, beat the egg an milk. Stir in the cheese, oats, onion and salt. Add beef and mix well.

Step 2Recipe says to shape into eight or nine loaves. I prefer to shape it into 4 loaves. Can freeze 2 for another meal. Placed in greased baking pan.

Step 3Combine ketchup, mustard and brown sugar and spoon over the loaves. Yummy.

Step 4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until no longer pink. If using a thermometer, cook to 160 degrees.
