Super easy beer bread recipe. I use Red's apple beer in it, and have added cheese to it before also.

Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup bread flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
1 bottle 12 0z beer (i use red's apple beer)
1/2 stick butter (melted)

How To Make honey beer bread

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add honey and beer. Stir all together.
Step 3

pour half melted butter into bread pan. Spoon in beer batter. Pour the rest of butter over the top.
Step 4

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes
