I was reluctant to try this recipe from a friend because of the veg-all. But the end results are great. When I double this recipe to make a 13x9" pan, a use one can of veg-all and one can of cream corn.

  • 1 can(s)
    veg-all (15 oz) - drain
  • 1 can(s)
    cheddar cheese, shredded: sharp
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/3 c
  • 1
  • 1 box
    jiffy corn muffin box mix

How to Make Easy Corn Bread


  1. Turn oven on and heat to 400*.
  2. Spray oil into a 9x9" pan.
  3. Drain veg-all.
  4. Combine all ingredients into a bowl, mixing until blended well.
  5. Bake cornbread for about 20 minutes or until browned.
