I was reluctant to try this recipe from a friend because of the veg-all. But the end results are great. When I double this recipe to make a 13x9" pan, a use one can of veg-all and one can of cream corn.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
veg-all (15 oz) - drain
1 can(s)
cheddar cheese, shredded: sharp
1/2 c
chopped onion
1/3 c
milk
1
egg
1 box
jiffy corn muffin box mix

Step-By-Step

1Turn oven on and heat to 400*.
2Spray oil into a 9x9" pan.
3Drain veg-all.
4Combine all ingredients into a bowl, mixing until blended well.
5Bake cornbread for about 20 minutes or until browned.
