easy corn bread

I was reluctant to try this recipe from a friend because of the veg-all. But the end results are great. When I double this recipe to make a 13x9" pan, a use one can of veg-all and one can of cream corn.

Ingredients

  • 1 can veg-all (15 oz) - drain
  • 1 can cheddar cheese, shredded: sharp
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin box mix

How To Make easy corn bread

  • Step 1
    Turn oven on and heat to 400*.
  • Step 2
    Spray oil into a 9x9" pan.
  • Step 3
    Drain veg-all.
  • Step 4
    Combine all ingredients into a bowl, mixing until blended well.
  • Step 5
    Bake cornbread for about 20 minutes or until browned.
