easy corn bread
I was reluctant to try this recipe from a friend because of the veg-all. But the end results are great. When I double this recipe to make a 13x9" pan, a use one can of veg-all and one can of cream corn.

Ingredients
- 1 can veg-all (15 oz) - drain
- 1 can cheddar cheese, shredded: sharp
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 - egg
- 1 box jiffy corn muffin box mix
How To Make easy corn bread

Step 1Turn oven on and heat to 400*.

Step 2Spray oil into a 9x9" pan.

Step 3Drain veg-all.

Step 4Combine all ingredients into a bowl, mixing until blended well.

Step 5Bake cornbread for about 20 minutes or until browned.
