- 1 package quick rise yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar, agave or honey
- 1 cup water, warm
- 1/4 cup olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make easiest sandwich bread ever

Step 1In the bowl of a stand mixer, proof yeast. Add package of yeast, sweetener and water. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients. Attach a dough hook, and mix on slow until all of the flour is absorbed. Increase speed and knead dough until it forms a ball and is not sticky. Continue kneading for 5-10 minutes. Remove from bowl and shape into a ball.

Step 3Place in oiled bowl. Cover with oiled Saran Wrap and let sit for 1 hour. Punch down dough, and shape into a loaf. Put the dough into a bread pan, cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

Step 4Heat oven to 375. After the second rising, place pan in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is brown and makes a "hollow" sound when tapped. Let cool and serve.
