Ingredients
- 3 cups day old bread, 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cavender's greek seasoning*
- 1 tablespoon garlic and herb seasoning
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, powder
How To Make croutons
-
Step 1Put cubed bread (We like ciabatta bread, but you can use Italian, French, Sourdough or whatever your family likes) in plastic bag. Add rest of the ingredients. Shake in bag until cubes are coated.
-
Step 2Empty bag into shallow pan. Bake at 300 degrees for about 10 minutes. You may need to stir if you have a small pan. Remove from oven, when lightly browned.
-
Step 3Let cool. Store in bag. Serve on soups and salads. (*You can use other seasonings like Italian seasoning or any that your family prefers.)
