Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup cup canola oil
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 cup diamond of california@ pistachios
- - pinch of salt
How To Make cranberry orange pistachio bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Liberally grease a 9" loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the surgar, oil, eggs and buttermilk. Add in the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until combined. Lastly, fold in the cranberries, orange zest and pistachios.

Step 3Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread in an even layer. Bake for appox. 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean or with moist crumbs. Cool completely before cutting or serving. Feel free to glaze if you'd like, but is not needed. I have glazed using cranberry juice w/ conf. sugar.
