Ingredients

  • Half cup coconut flour
  • Half cup golden flax meal
  • One teaspoon baking soda
  • Five large eggs
  • Half cup raw cane sugar
  • Half cup filtered water
  • One stick unsalted butter
  • One teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Half tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • Half teaspoon ginger (powder)

How To Make coconut flour quick bread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a 1.4 L loaf pan.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients except sugar.
  • Step 3
    The butter should be softened prior to the creaming. Thereafter cream butter and sugar. Gradually add the eggs, then vinegar. Beat well.
  • Step 4
    Add the dry ingredients alternating with water. Beat well.
  • Step 5
    Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or better still until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before slicing.
