Ingredients
- Half cup coconut flour
- Half cup golden flax meal
- One teaspoon baking soda
- Five large eggs
- Half cup raw cane sugar
- Half cup filtered water
- One stick unsalted butter
- One teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Half tablespoon cinnamon powder
- Half teaspoon ginger (powder)
How To Make coconut flour quick bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a 1.4 L loaf pan.

Step 2In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients except sugar.

Step 3The butter should be softened prior to the creaming. Thereafter cream butter and sugar. Gradually add the eggs, then vinegar. Beat well.

Step 4Add the dry ingredients alternating with water. Beat well.

Step 5Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or better still until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before slicing.
