To freeze unbaked rolls: Shape rolls and place on greased baking sheet. Cover rolls with plastic wrap d place in freezer, Rolls should be removed as soon as they are frozen and place in freezer bags. Remove from freezer 2 hours before baking.

Ingredients

  • 6-7 ounces warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 - egg
  • 3 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

  • Step 1
    Measure all ingredients into bread pan. Select Dough setting. Press Start/Stop. When unit signals and display reads 0:00, press Start/Stop and remove dough.
  • Step 2
    Lightly flour surface and knead to release air pockets. If dough is easy to handle without flour, shape on a lightly oiled countertop. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces, shape into balls and place in a greased pan.
  • Step 3
    Cover, let rise until almost double in size (app. 1 to 1 1/2 hours) Bake at 350*F for 25 to 30 minutes, when tops are a golden brown. Brush with melted butter.
