  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    chocolate chunks
  • 1 c
    white chocolate pieces
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How to Make Triple Chocolate Muffins

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12-cup muffin pan with papers.
  2. Whisk together dry ingredients and chocolate pieces.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, oil and sugars. Stir into flour mixture just until blended.
  4. Pour batter evenly into prepared muffin pan.
  5. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes before removing from pan.
