sweet potato muffins w/ sour cream caramelfrosting
This went over well, with the sour cream giving the caramel a salted/tangy taste and the almonds adding the consistency of sea salt, but with a sweet, nutty crunch. Done in about an hour. Less if you have high quality store brought muffins like I did. Or you can also adapt my recipe for sweet potato muffins with coconut pecan frosting.The photos I took myself.

Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potato muffins
- 1 can 4 oz sweetned condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons daisy sour cream
- 16-20 - honey roasted almonds
How To Make sweet potato muffins w/ sour cream caramelfrosting

Step 1Heat condensed milk slowly over low flame until it becomes caramel.

Step 2When caramel has cooled, add in sour cream mix well, spread or pipe frosting onto muffins.

Step 3Process almonds into nut topping consistency. Dip frosted muffins into nut mixture. Enjoy!
