Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup butternut squash puree
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 stick butter melted
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon each ground cardamon, ginger, cinnamon, cloves,allspice, and nutmeg
How To Make spice cake muffins

Step 1Cook the squash until soft and then puree in food processor. Mix all the wet ingredients together. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Mix dry ingredients into we ingredients. Mix well

Step 2Pour into muffin cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes
