Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 - beaten egg
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make oatmeal muffins

Step 1Sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in oats. Mix in separate bowl, egg, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients. Stir just enough to moisten mixture. Dough will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
