Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 cups oat bran
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 cups apple juice, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How To Make oat bran muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Sift the dry ingredients together. Add any optional ingredients.

Step 3Add the wet ingredients and stir until mixed. Spoon the batter into 18 nonstick muffin cups and bake for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
