I love that these muffins are the right amount of chocolate and peanutbutter! PLUS you get all the wonderfulness from the PB2 peanutbutter being a lot healthier for you than regular peanutbutter. Totally my guilt free go to :)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 7 ounces coarsely chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons pb2 chocolate powdered peanutbutter
  • 1 - individual container of sugar free chocolate pudding

How To Make dark chocolate peanut butter muffins

  • Step 1
    In a mixer, combine all dry ingredients (except chopped chocolate) mix well
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients and mix on low for 30seconds to 1 minute, making sure all ingredients are combined well.
  • Step 3
    pour batter into greased muffin tin or loaf pan, cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes
