I love that these muffins are the right amount of chocolate and peanutbutter! PLUS you get all the wonderfulness from the PB2 peanutbutter being a lot healthier for you than regular peanutbutter. Totally my guilt free go to :)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 7 ounces coarsely chopped dark chocolate
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons pb2 chocolate powdered peanutbutter
- 1 - individual container of sugar free chocolate pudding
How To Make dark chocolate peanut butter muffins

Step 1In a mixer, combine all dry ingredients (except chopped chocolate) mix well

Step 2Add remaining ingredients and mix on low for 30seconds to 1 minute, making sure all ingredients are combined well.

Step 3pour batter into greased muffin tin or loaf pan, cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes
