blueberry muffins
This is my favorite Blueberry muffin recipe!! The recipe came from a cookbook my youngest son had given me for Christmas years ago. My husband & I really enjoy them!! Hope you will too!!

Ingredients
- 2 cups ap flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 large egg,beaten
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
How To Make blueberry muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees.Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups.

Step 2In medium bowl, Combine flour, sugar, baking powder & salt.

Step 3In small bowl, combine milk, oil & egg. Blend well. Add to dry ingredients all at once.Stir just until ingredients are moistened.

Step 4Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.Bakeat 400 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan. Serve warm.
