This is my favorite Blueberry muffin recipe!! The recipe came from a cookbook my youngest son had given me for Christmas years ago. My husband & I really enjoy them!! Hope you will too!!

  • 2 c
    ap flour
  • 1/2 c
  • 3 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 3/4 c
  • 1/3 c
  • 1 large
  • 1 c
    fresh or frozen blueberries

How to Make Blueberry Muffins


  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups.
  2. In medium bowl, Combine flour, sugar, baking powder & salt.
  3. In small bowl, combine milk, oil & egg. Blend well. Add to dry ingredients all at once.Stir just until ingredients are moistened.
  4. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.Bakeat 400 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan. Serve warm.
