When I was in a Home Ec. class over 50 years ago.This was a recipe we made in class.
Very simple and easy ,also they are very good.
I have used this recipe many many times.

    plain flour
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2
  • 1 stick
    butter, soften or slightly melted
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    walnut pieces
  • 1 c

How to Make Banana Muffins


  1. Mix flour,sugar,baking soda then add melted or soften butter,eggs,
    mashed bananas,vanilla,nuts and raisins.
    I use paper cup holders in muffin tins.
