Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquick
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 - slightly beaten egg
- TOPPING
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make applesauce puffs

Step 1Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, applesauce, egg and oil. Beat for 30 seconds.

Step 2Drop by spoonfuls into mini-muffin pans that have been sprayed with Pam.

Step 3Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

Step 4Note: You may substitute reduced-fat Bisquick for regular Bisquick and low-fat milk for regular milk.

Step 5Topping: Dip slightly cooled muffins into butter, then cinnamon sugar mixture.
