Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
How To Make killer drop biscuits

Step 1Sift together dry ingredients - flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.

Step 2Cut shortening into flour mixture using a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.

Step 3Combine egg and milk; Add to flour mixture. Mix until moistened.

Step 4Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet.

Step 5Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes on the second level from the top of oven. Bottoms of the biscuits burn easily so watch 'em.
