100 gbutter, softened
25 ggolden caster sugar
1medium egg yolk
50 goats, regular
75 gplain flour
1/2 tspbaking powder
50 gdried fruit
How to Make Breakfast biscuits
- Pre heat the oven to 160c, 325f gas mark 3.
Line 2 baking trays with baking parchment.
- Beat butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy.
In a separate bowl mix all the other ingredients.
Add to the butter mix to make a stiff dough.
Cill in the fridge for 10/15 mins.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a rectangle. 22x16 cm. cut into 12 biscuits and bake on the trays for 15 to 20 mins. Cool on the tray for a few mins then transfer to cooling tray.
