biscuits (super easy) recipe
These are a family favorite at breakfast, super easy...they have a nice crust and the inside is fluffy. This is my own recipe I've created. I love my wife but I also love my stove.

Ingredients
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 2/3 cup milk or buttermilk
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make biscuits (super easy) recipe

Step 1Preheat oven to 450*....put flour and baking soda in a bowl and stir with a fork to incorporate

Step 2drop in softened butter and mix with a fork...it should come to a mild crumble mixture, then stir in milk

Step 3lightly flour countertop and easily knead 2 or 3 times, roll out to desired thickness and cut into shape-(I use a small pint canning jar to get perfect round biscuits)

Step 4bake in preheated oven at 450* for about 10 minutes, they should be lightly brown on tops, remove from oven and enjoy with your favorite breakfast topping.
