Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar, grated
- 1/4 cup mild cheddar, grated
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, fresh please
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers,diced fine

Step 1In medium bowl add the biscuit mix. In separate bowl. whisk the egg into the milk. When combined whish in butter and pour it over the biscuit mix Stirring with a fork to make a soft batter.

Step 2Add the cheeses and jalapenos stirring to gently distribute. Drop the mixture by the tablespoonful onto a nonstick cookie sheet allowing an inch between each biscuit.

Step 3Put into oven and bake about 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot!!
