Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
How To Make pull apart buttermilk biscuits

Step 1Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Sift dry ingredients into lg bowl. Cut in butter until it is a coarse texture.

Step 2Add buttermilk, knead thoroughly. Should be soft, not sticky. Add more flour if it is too sticky. Knead 1 min. Wrap in foil and chill 20 mins.

Step 3On floured surface, roll out dough to 1/2" thickness. Cut w/ biscuit cutter or drinking glass. Place biscuits on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 mins, or until golden brown.
