No matter the celebration, Parmesan Popovers will add a special touch to your bread basket. Popovers are a cinch to make. The extra flavor from the Parmesan cheese makes your homemade popovers an instant hit!

  • 1/2 c
    (2 ounces) shredded parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 c

    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp

How to Make Parmesan Popovers


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Reserve 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, beating with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  2. Pour batter into muffin cups and sprinkle with reserved Parmesan cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden and puffy. Cool slightly before removing from muffin cups. Serve immediately.
