Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1 1/4 cups shortening
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups freshly grated cheddar cheese

Step 1Combine and mix all ingredients. Pour out on floured wax paper. Pat dough out with your hands until dough in not sticky (add a little more floue if needed). Fold biscuits, cut biscuits with a biscuit cutter.

Step 2Bake on cookie steet at 425 for 20 - 25 minutes
