So easy to fix...They can be for breakfast or any meal. My family likes to have biscuits when we have chicken fried steak .

Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 cups martha white self rising flour( hot rise )
  • 1 1/4 cups bulgarian buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil ( this will go in biscuits )
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • OIL IRON SKILLET WITH 1/3 CUP OF OIL

How To Make my easy homemade biscuit

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425. Put 1/3 cup of oil in iron skillet. Heat skillet with oil on top of stove before putting biscuits in oil.
  • Step 2
    Mix flour , salt and sugar. Make a well in center of flour mixture,add buttermilk and oil. Stir and mix well. Spoon out a heaping tablespoon onto flour in a plate .Pat and roll into a ball .Put in hot oil and flip over to oil other side . Cook for about 20 minutes or until done.
