MY EASY HOMEMADE BISCUIT
2 1/3 cmartha white self rising flour( hot rise )
1 1/4 cbulgarian buttermilk
1/2 cvegetable oil ( this will go in biscuits )
OIL IRON SKILLET WITH 1/3 CUP OF OIL
How to Make MY EASY HOMEMADE BISCUIT
- Preheat oven to 425. Put 1/3 cup of oil in iron skillet. Heat skillet with oil on top of stove before putting biscuits in oil.
- Mix flour , salt and sugar. Make a well in center of flour mixture,add buttermilk and oil. Stir and mix well. Spoon out a heaping tablespoon onto flour in a plate .Pat and roll into a ball .Put in hot oil and flip over to oil other side . Cook for about 20 minutes or until done.
