How to Make MUSHROOM MARSALA MINI CUPS

Step-by-Step

  1. BROWN MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER N OLIVE OIL. ADD ONIONS N SAUTÉ 3 MINUTES. SPRINKLE WITH FLOUR N COOK FOR A MINUTE N STIR. ADD MARSALA N COOK FOR ANOTHER MINUTE SPRINKLE IN THYME N ADD CREAM. S n P TO TASTE 1/8 TSP OF EACH :)
  2. WHILE THIS MUSHROOM MIXTURE IS COOLING STRETCH BISCUITS ON THE BOTTOM N UP THE MINI MUFFIN TINS (24).
    SPRINKLE IN A LIL MOZZARELLA N SPOON IN MUSHROOM MIXTURE ...MAYB A TSP. N TOP WITH MORE MOZZARELLA.
  3. BAKE FOR 8-10 MINUTES IN A PREHEATED 400 OVEN N ENJOY :)
