- - 1 large egg
- - 2 tbsp flax seed meal
- - 1/2 teas. baking powder
- - 1 packet splenda
- - 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- - 1 teas. butter, melted
How To Make low carb cheddar bread

Step 1Melt butter in 15 oz oval ramekin or flat bowl. Add & mix egg, flax meal, baking powder & splenda. Add cheddar cheese and mix. Put in microwave 1 minute, flip bread over and microwave another 10 seconds if no done in middle. Makes one slice of bread. Cut in half, top half with desired sandwich filling. Suggestions: mayo or cream cheese, turkey, lettuce, tomato, etc. Then top with other half of bread. Serves one.
