I decided because we have biscuits so often for dinner that I would make my batter in a loaf pan. It really slices well and tastes great with a pat of butter.

Ingredients
- 2 1/3 cups martha white self-rising flour (hotrise )
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/4 cups bulgarian buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (for bread)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (for loaf pan)
How To Make loaf biscuit bread

Step 1Mix flour , salt and sugar. Make a well in center . Add buttermilk and oil... stir until blended well. Turn out onto a floured surface and shape into loaf style .Move to a large loaf pan that has about 1/3 cup of oil in bottom. Cook for about 35 to 45 minutes or until center is not sticky. Let cool for a little before slicing.
