LOAF BISCUIT BREAD
2 1/3 cmartha white self-rising flour (hotrise )
1 1/4 cbulgarian buttermilk
1/2 cvegetable oil (for bread)
1/3 cvegetable oil (for loaf pan)
How to Make LOAF BISCUIT BREAD
- Mix flour , salt and sugar. Make a well in center . Add buttermilk and oil... stir until blended well. Turn out onto a floured surface and shape into loaf style .Move to a large loaf pan that has about 1/3 cup of oil in bottom. Cook for about 35 to 45 minutes or until center is not sticky. Let cool for a little before slicing.
