- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup full fat sour cream or full fat plain greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, or any type of shredded cheese
How To Make keto biscuit muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray either a 12 muffin tin or a 24 mini muffin tin with nostick cooking spray.

Step 2In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, sour cream (or greek yogurt), butter and salt. Add cheese and stir.

Step 3Add baking powder and almond flour and gently fold in just until combined.

Step 4Fill muffin tins half full.

Step 5Bake-14-17 minutes, or until set and light golden. Serve warm with butter! Makes 1 dozen regular and 24 minis.
