Yet another way to use up a large jicama I bought. They really don't have flavor of their own, but paired with flavor they add a nice texture and are good for you.

Ingredients
- 3 - apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup jicama, peeled and sliced
- 8 tablespoons (heaping) brown sugar
- 5 dashes all spice
- 10 dashes cinamon
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cups bisquick mix
- 2/3 cup milk
How To Make jicama apple cobbler bake

Step 1Mix first 6 ingredients together in a bowl, pour into greased 13x9 pan.

Step 2Mix your bisquick and milk to form 13 biscuits; put on top of your apple, jicama mix.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Enjoy with some fresh ice-cream or alone.
