How to Make Healthy, quick biscuits
- 1Heat oven to 450. In bowl, mix first 3 ingredients. Add 1 tbsp butter and chives, if using. It should be formed as a dough.
- 2Turn onto lightly floured surface. Knead 220 times. Roll out to 1/2"-thick. Using a glass or a cutter, cut into biscuits.
- 3Place biscuits on a cookie sheet, brush w/ remaining butter, flatten slightly. Bake about 10 mins or until light brown.
