How to Make Garlic Cheese Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a small cookie sheet.
  2. Combine the Bisquick and cheese in small bowl. Add 1/3 cup of water and stir until just combined. The dough will be slightly moist.
  3. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes, until firm and beginning to brown.
  4. While biscuits are baking, make the garlic butter. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and salt and mix well. As soon as you take the biscuits out of the oven, brush them with the garlic butter, using a pastry brush.
  5. Serve warm!
