garlic cheese biscuits
Just love those Red Lobster biscuits, don't you? I found this recipe on the back of the Bisquick Box and in my opinion they are as good as the real deal! 4 Weight Watcher's Points Plus each.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups bisquick complete baking mix
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded, low fat
- 1/4 cup butter, light
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make garlic cheese biscuits

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a small cookie sheet.

Step 2Combine the Bisquick and cheese in small bowl. Add 1/3 cup of water and stir until just combined. The dough will be slightly moist.

Step 3Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes, until firm and beginning to brown.

Step 4While biscuits are baking, make the garlic butter. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and salt and mix well. As soon as you take the biscuits out of the oven, brush them with the garlic butter, using a pastry brush.

Step 5Serve warm!
