  • 2 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 pt
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1
    handful of fresh chopped chives
  • 3
cloves of fresh finely chopped garlic
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl pour the carton of Whipping Cream. Set aside.

Finely chop the 3 cloves of garlic, and the chives.

Add the the bowl with the whipping cream. Also add the 1 cup of shredded cheese.

    Mix together the ingredients well.

Now slowly add and mix the flour until the dough is thick, but still sticky.

Now you can make these either as small or large as you want, but for this recipe i made a smaller sized biscuit. Using a tablespoon size or a bit larger, scoop up up some of the dough and roll into a ball, then press it flat a bit then place on a greased baking sheet.

You can place these fairly close together without anything sticking.

After filling the baking sheet. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15- 20 minutes until golden.
