There are so many things you can do with Refrigerator Biscuits. The kids and I made mini pizzas to monkey bread.

Ingredients

  • 1-- oz. can refrigerator biscuits
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 10 tablespoons raspberry preserves or strawerry preserves
  • - grape preserves is good also

How To Make fruit biscuits

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Separate biscuits into 10 sections. Dip both sides of biscuits into melted butter and then into sugar and cinnamon.
  • Step 3
    Using your thumb make a deep indentation in the center of each biscuit and fill with a teaspoon of fruit preserves.
  • Step 4
    Arange biscuits on a lightly buttered baking sheet with sides barely touching.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
