- 2 cups heart-healthy bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup peeled, shredded apple, i used granny smith
How To Make easy, low-fat apple biscuits

Step 1Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray cookie sheet w/ cooking spray. In bowl, stir together baking mix, walnuts, sugar and spice.

Step 2Add cider and apple. Stir until dough forms. Drop by tbsp ful onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 mins, serve warm w/ maple syrup or butter. Or both, lol.
