I love making these delicious biscuits, especially since they're lower in fat and calories.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heart-healthy bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup peeled, shredded apple, i used granny smith

How To Make easy, low-fat apple biscuits

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray cookie sheet w/ cooking spray. In bowl, stir together baking mix, walnuts, sugar and spice.
  • Step 2
    Add cider and apple. Stir until dough forms. Drop by tbsp ful onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 mins, serve warm w/ maple syrup or butter. Or both, lol.
