Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup flour, coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
How To Make coconut flour drop biscuits

Step 1Blend together eggs, butter, honey, and salt. Combine coconut flour with baking powder and whisk into batter until there are no lumps remaining.

Step 2Drop batter by the spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 14 to 15 minutes.

Step 3Variation...add 1/4 teaspoon onion powder and 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese shredded.
