These tastey biscuits come from the Home of Margaret Stewart my cousin in Topeka KS. These go great with BBQ baby back spare Ribs.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 - egg, unbeaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make chili cheese biscuits

Step 1Sift dry ingredients together.

Step 2But in butter until fine particles are formed.

Step 3Combine egg and milk, beat slighly, add to dry ingredients. Stir until dough clings together. Knead gently on lightly floured surface.

Step 4Roll dough out to 12" in. square. Sprinkle with cheese and parsely.

Step 5Roll up dough as for jelly roll. Cut into eight slices.

Step 6Place biscuits 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 450 degree oven 8-12 minutes or until golden. Remove biscuits from baking sheet and serve immediately.
