You could also spray a muffin pan w/nonstick spray and place the dough in the muffin pans to make biscuits. I have also dropped spoonsful of this dough into chicken broth to make a terrific Chicken & Dumplings! Very versatile and tastes marvelous!

How to Make Cathy's Beer Bread
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9"X5"X3" loaf pan. (Glass is best) In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add honey and beer. Stir until well mixed. Spread dough in prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Turn out to cool. Slice after cooling. Makes 1 loaf. Serve warm or cool with butter. YUMMM!
