Carbquik Cheddar Cheese Biscuits-Diabetic Friendly

Wayne Jeseritz

Had these biscuits for the first time tonight. My wife is the fussy one - and she liked them. She said they were light and fluffy. The nutrition is based on 14 biscuits. The recipe calls for 10.

3Drop the dough onto a lightly greased Cookie sheet approximately 1 ounce size portions.
4Bake in hot oven at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes until biscuits are golden brown. Biscuits are tender when hot, let cool slightly before serving.
