I adore crab! One of my favorite Cuisines is Asian. I decided to combine the two and came up with this great sammie. I hope you enjoy it. Happy Cooking...Cooking with Passion!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat, drained
  • 3 ounces asian pickled raddish, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mint , chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 large lemon juice & zest
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup cashews, course chopped
  • 2 ounces baby spinach
  • 12 large asian crab & shrimp crackers
  • I ALSO BAKED SOME TEA BISCUITS THAT I BRUSHED WITH GARLIC GRAPE SEED OIL AND SPRINKED WITH BLACK SESAME SEEDS, COOK ACCORDING TO PACKAGE...ADD 12-15 MINUTES TO COOKING TIME IF USING BISCUITS

How To Make asian crab sammich

  • Step 1
    gather ingredients
  • Step 2
    mix mayo, soy sauce, lemon juice & zest together in a mixing bowl. fold in the other salad ingredients. chill at least 30 minutes
  • Step 3
    place on crackers
  • Step 4
    place on biscuits
