Ingredients
- 1 pound crab meat, drained
- 3 ounces asian pickled raddish, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mint , chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 large lemon juice & zest
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup cashews, course chopped
- 2 ounces baby spinach
- 12 large asian crab & shrimp crackers
- I ALSO BAKED SOME TEA BISCUITS THAT I BRUSHED WITH GARLIC GRAPE SEED OIL AND SPRINKED WITH BLACK SESAME SEEDS, COOK ACCORDING TO PACKAGE...ADD 12-15 MINUTES TO COOKING TIME IF USING BISCUITS

Step 2mix mayo, soy sauce, lemon juice & zest together in a mixing bowl. fold in the other salad ingredients. chill at least 30 minutes
