Its my brothers favorite food and my mom does it every time he comes to Puerto Rico.

Ingredients For arroz con pollo (chicken and rice)

4 crice medium

3 Tbspoil for water

1 canwhole of tomato sauce (goya)

4 Tbspsofrito,

3 mdchicken breast chopped into small cubes size

dashoregano, dried

dashcuman, dried
How To Make arroz con pollo (chicken and rice)

1First wash rice very well, on a pot put water, oil, sofrito, Sofrito is with garlic chopped, green peppers chopped, onion chopped, red bell peppers chopped, cilantro and use the liquilizer to chop everything, chicken breast, tomato sauce, salt, cuman, oregano. Let boil so the jucies of the chicken and everything else have the taste.

2After everything is boiled add the rice, let it dry and then move around and put lid in the pot and lower the heat or flame of the stove. About 20 min. check the rice and move it again and put lid . About 15 min. and check again and if rice is soft that means its done. Hope you love it as well as me and my brother.
