This appetizer is always a big hit & everyone always wants the recipe. I make this as a snack for my 2 year old & she loves it!! It's a great way to get your kids to eat their veggies!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans pillsbury crescent roll dough (use this kind only!)
  • 1 8 ounces brick softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package dry hidden valley ranch mix
  • 1 package broccoli florets (chopped)
  • 1 package match stick carrots (carrot shreds)
  • 3 - colored bell peppers (chopped) (red, yellow, green or orange)

How To Make veggie pizza

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375'
  • Step 2
    Unroll both cans of dough; separate dough into 4 long rectangles. In ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, place dough; press in bottom and up sides to form crust.
  • Step 3
    Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayo & ranch mix until smooth. Spread over crust. Top with vegetables. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving. Cut into squares.
