2 can(s)pillsbury crescent roll dough (use this kind only!)
1 8 ozbrick softened cream cheese
1/2 csour cream
1 pkgdry hidden valley ranch mix
1 pkgbroccoli florets (chopped)
1 pkgmatch stick carrots (carrot shreds)
3colored bell peppers (chopped) (red, yellow, green or orange)
How to Make Veggie Pizza
- Preheat oven to 375'
- Unroll both cans of dough; separate dough into 4 long rectangles. In ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, place dough; press in bottom and up sides to form crust.
- Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayo & ranch mix until smooth. Spread over crust. Top with vegetables. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving. Cut into squares.
