this veggie pizza is a little different than what I usually make. I decided to add a little bacon bits to the recipe for some extra flavor. After I add the cream cheese spread on top I like to cut the pizza into squares before adding my veggies. This makes it easier to cut without all your veggies getting in the way. hope you all enjoy it too.

  • 3 packages 8 oz. garden vegetable cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 1/4 cups grated carrots
  • 1 1/4 cups grated zuchinni
  • 1 1/4 cups finely chopped cauliflower
  • 1 pound cooked bacon chopped or 1 large jar of bacon bits
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make veggee bacon pizza

  • Step 1
Preheat oven according to refrigerated pizza crust directions. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Roll one tube of pizza crust onto cookie sheet. Add about 1/4 of another tube of pizza crust to the first tube and pinch together to fit the cookie sheet. Save remaining dough for another recipe like small individual size pizzas.
  • Step 2
Bake pizza crust according to package directions. let cool completely.
  • Step 3
Mix together the cream cheese and the sour cream and the minced garlic until mixed well. Spread onto pizza crust. Cut pizza crust before adding other ingredients. This makes it easier to cut.
  • Step 4
Sprinkle carrots on top, then zuchinni, then bacon bits. Add cauliflower. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Refrigerate before serving. you can also just mix all the veggies and cheddar cheese together and just sprinkle it all on top too. YUM!
