Ingredients
- 2 - grated, seeded cucumbers
- 1 - small grated onion
- 1 - small chopped pepper
- 2 - fresh tomatoes, chopped, seeded
- 1 package clear gelatin
- 1 pint mayonaise or miracle whip
How To Make vegetable sandwiches

Step 1drain vegetables well ( place in strainer for atleast an hour )

Step 2in medium bowl soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water add 1/4 cup boiling water. stir until dissolved. cool

Step 3stir in vegetables. add mayonaise. stir to mix. make into sandwiches, cut in 4 triangles and place in a air tight container, refrigerate overnight. makes a large container full.
