I am not very clever at food presetation so I was trying to think of a way to spruce up the presentation of some of the holiday plates for Christmas dinner and I found this website that had some cool ideas. I thought this was very clever. You could use this to surround a favorite dish or just use it as a frame for your veggie tray items. Photos courtesy of Evgeniy Moroz "Unique food garnishing ideas"
