Had this at a family gathering. Been making it ever since. Transports well.

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 package ranch style salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli chopped into small pieces
  • 1 small cauliflower chopped into small pieces
  • 4 - carrots shredded
  • 8 ounces monterey jack or cheddar cheese shredded

How To Make vegetable pizza

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375f. Spread crescen5t rolls on cookie sheet pressing and pinching to seal seams to form a crust. Bake8 - 10 minutes or until set and golden brown. Cool completely.
  • Step 2
    Combine cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise until well blended. Spread evenly on cooled crust. Sprinkle with shopped vegetables (vary amount and kind to taste). Top with shredded cheese. Chill. Cut into squares to serve.
  • Step 3
    *Note: You can use any vegetables you choose. The trick is to vary the colors to make the pizza pop!. Matchstick zucchini, chopped red or yellow peppers, chopped radishes are but a few you might try.
