20 oz. pkg frozen mixed veggies
1 c
onion, chopped
1 c
celery, chopped
1 c
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c
mayonnaise
1 1/2 c
round butter crackers, crumbs
1/2 c
butter or margarine, melted

How to Make Vegetable Casserole (Easy)

Step-by-Step

  • 1cook frozen vegetabkes according to pkg. directions; drain well. combine cooked veggies, onion, celery, cheese, and mayonnaise in large bowl, stir well.
  • 2spoon mixture into greased 11x7x1" baking dish. combine cracker crumbs and butter, stir well. sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over casserole.
  • 3bake 350 for abt. 30-35 mins. Good!!!
