This is not your average spinach artichoke dip! Your guests will be wondering, "What is that wonderful flavor? I just can't figure it out!" It's cream sherry, people! You can decide whether to share your secret ingredient or not. I won't tell. I was pretty proud of this idea. The taste of sherry and heavy cream is just irresistible to me. Enjoy!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Enjoy this spinach artichoke dip anytime you need an easy party appetizer, like during football season or the holidays. It's warm, creamy, and filled with spinach and artichokes. We loved the addition of Boursin cheese. It adds creaminess along with its garlic and herb flavor. The sherry adds a subtle sweetness and nutty flavor that has you wondering what ingredient it's from.
