Ingredients
- 1 large red tomato
- 1 large green tomato
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 package pie crust shell
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
How To Make tomato cheese pie

Step 1Slice each tomato into 1/8 inch slices

Step 2Layer around pie crust about one inch from outer edge in sequence a red tomato slice followed by a green tomato slice followed by ½ slice cheese. Allow each slice to overlap half of the preceding slice. Continue sequence until pie crust is filled.

Step 3Brush olive oil over pie.

Step 4Sprinkle oregano over pie.

Step 5Fold outer inch of pie crust over all around.

Step 6Bake pie in 375° F oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, about 10 - 15 minutes.

Step 7Cut and serve like pizza.
