This pie recipe is easy and quick to make. Very similar to pizza with healthy ingredients. Kids love it.

Ingredients For tomato cheese pie

1 lgred tomato

1 lggreen tomato

4 slicemozzarella cheese

1 pkgpie crust shell

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 tsporegano, dried
How To Make tomato cheese pie

1Slice each tomato into 1/8 inch slices

2Layer around pie crust about one inch from outer edge in sequence a red tomato slice followed by a green tomato slice followed by ½ slice cheese. Allow each slice to overlap half of the preceding slice. Continue sequence until pie crust is filled.

3Brush olive oil over pie.

4Sprinkle oregano over pie.

5Fold outer inch of pie crust over all around.

6Bake pie in 375° F oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, about 10 - 15 minutes.

7Cut and serve like pizza.
